Application of health education based on the integrated theory of health behavior change in the pelvic floor rehabilitation of patients with cervical cancer after radical surgery

To analyze the effect of applying health education based on integrated theory behavior change in pelvic floor rehabilitation patients with cervical cancer after radical surgery. We recruited 130 who underwent gynecological surgery our hospital between 01 February 2021 and March 2022. According to random number table method, were divided into a control group an observation (65 cases per group). The received routine education, while change. compared two groups regards function, quality-of-life, psychological status before intervention by analyzing PFDI-20 (Pelvic Floor Distress Inventory Questionnaire-20), PFIQ-7 Impact Questionnaire-7), HAMA (Hamilton Anxiety Scale) HAMD Depression questionnaires, treatment compliance nursing satisfaction.
